• Small double with a double bed, large chest of drawers and Ikea storage or a rail . Ideal for someone who travels fairly light.
• Lockable outdoor brick storage available for extra belongings (sealed boxes recommended).

Shared Spaces
• Bathroom with both a bath and shower (WC is separate).
• Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, etc.) with shared desk/printer setup.
• Lounge and dining area available within reason.
• Cottage garden with seating for summer.
• Outdoor WC (usable but needs sprucing up).
• Plenty of off-road parking and great local bus routes.

About Me & What I’m Looking For
• I work from home, so I prefer someone who works out of the house or hybrid. Full-time remote workers aren’t ideal.
• Sociable but value personal space; prefer housemates who enjoy their own downtime.
• Honest, respectful, tidy (OCD cleaners welcome!). Non-smokers preferred, or outdoor smoking only.
• Well-behaved dogs/cats considered - extra cost will depend on the animal.
• Monday-Friday let preferred, but 7 days considered for the right person.

• Rent reflects the premium location and includes bills (internet, gas, electric).
• Proof of ID and employment verification required.
