Washing line outside Lawns on three sides, patio area. Plenty of safe off-road parking.

Ideal location for country loving folk, as out in the sticks. 3 miles from local villages and amenities etc, so you do need your own transport, but ideally located for Loughborough, Leicester, Melton Mowbray, & Nottingham. Half a mile from A46 so very close to M1 and A52 junctions.

Currently we have two dogs,

There is a private stable yard, with small menage and turnout paddocks.

Plenty of room to move, but also you can have privacy.
