VPS are pleased to offer 20 single/double part furnished rooms within close proximity to Wymeswold Village Centre and only 5 miles from Loughborough.

The Village benefits from a regular bus service to Loughborough, Melton Mowbray and Grantham.

Wymeswold is situated at the northern boundary of Leicestershire mid-way between the cities of Nottingham and Leicester.

Wymeswold holds a number of events every year, such as the famous Duck Races, the Open Gardens and the Washstock music festival.

The Village has a greengrocer and general store, specialised pine furniture and gift shop, two pubs (The Three Crowns and The Windmill) and a restaurant (Hammer and Pincers). The Three Crowns was CAMRA Loughborough and North Leicestershire 2010 Village Pub of the Year. There are many clubs and societies within the village, including WHO (Wymeswold Historical Organisation), dancing, aerobics and karate classes, and bowls, cricket, cycling, and football clubs.

All rooms come unfurnished, but have great views over the local Countryside. we have some en suite rooms available. The property benefits from a communal kitchen with newly installed cookers and washing machines. The communal lounge is a great place to meet fellow Guardians and maybe spark up new friendships!

When you're a property guardian, you are helping us and the owner by keeping the property occupied. All we ask is that you keep our properties in good condition!
