Double room in very nice part of town. South facing and retains heat very well.
No smoking anywhere on the premises.
No food in the bedroom.
Kitchen, dining and lounge areas are common as are the bathroom / toilet and the downstairs loo.
Bedroom is furnished but I can remove some if you prefer your own. Mattress less than a year old.
Big South facing garden to rear with off road parking area to front.
Water and gas included. Electricity inbcluded subject to standard use. If you have an electric vehicle for instance that would be on top - as would an aquarium or similar.
I have two medium sized house dogs so if you arent comfortable with that, please dont apply.
