Modern newly furnished double room in a 5 bedroom detached house with a retired live-in landlady thats recently aquired a cat who has a large grown up family that have now flown the nest , is young at heart, loves cooking and regularly volunteers for a local charity organisation. The room is for single occupancy only and the property has weekly cleaning services provided in all communal areas , therefore the handsoap, toilet & kitchen paper, refuse bags and Pots washing up liquid are also provided in those areas (Additional service charge for individual rooms for cleaning, bed linen & towels change price tbd if required). Utility bills included WIFI and TV supplied in the communal lounge and laundry facilities(not detergents)are included with the exception of the tumble dryer which has a small charge tbd. This property is in close walking proximity to Ammeneties in Ashby broadway, local Tesco & Aldi and the main bus route is serviced from Scunthorpe Bus station every 15 minutes route(3,4 & 6) and a short drive to SGH, M180, Keadby power station, Humber Bridge & Immingham .
