I have a double room available (single occupancy only) in my modern detached home .
Im a retired live-in landlady that has an empty nest after raising a large family.
Im open minded and like to think Im still very young at heart, keeping myself busy with family and crafting but also love to cook.

My home is in a nice neighbourhood in the Bottesford area of Ashby, close to the broadway and situated around the corner from a main bus route, close to the M180 and is perfectly located for easy access for the Steelworks, Scunthorpe General Hospital, Keadby Power station, Immingham Docks, and the Humber Bridge.
I have a communal TV lounge, Utility bills are included, together with a professional weekly cleaning service for all communal areas that also includes the supply of Handsoap, both kitchen & toilet paper, refuse bags and washing up liquid too.
Bed linen, towels and bedroom cleaning service can also be provided in the room if you so wish and a tumble dryer available to use, all at a small additional cost tbd.

Smoking and vaping is permitted in a designated area in the rear garden, but not in the house unfortunately.
