2 x double Room in a home not just a house

Hello there,

My names Katherine and i have a double room to let in my house. I like to think it's very homely.

We're a very active household someone's always coming and going. We do loads of sports and exercise and are also social creatures.

We are both professionals working full time in Lincoln and are looking new lodgers to join us who are also working.

There is an additional house mate, Leo my Lakeland terrier. He loves people very much and likes to play fetch (a lot) but I'm afraid he doesn't always get on with other dogs or cats so I wouldn't want to introduce any other pets to the house apart from maybe fish.

There is a large bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room as shared space along with a garden which is a great sun trap in summer and a shed if bike storage is required.

The house is very secure and has access only via the front door. There is space for 2 cars on the drive but ample on street parking is also available.

The room for let is beautifully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The price is £400 per month including all bills.
