It’s £625 per month, fully furnished with all bills included.

It’s located in Bracebridge, a walkable distance from the city centre and the University of Lincoln and has free on-street parking with a bus stop at the top of the street.

The house will be shared with me and my cat and communal areas include a living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden which is great in summer!

Deposit £250 and first month up front.
