Double room in Bracebridge Heath

Follow this up with 877.
Then 617.
And finally it’s 188.
I have to write it like this because apparently I can’t just write my number.

Areas that are not to be used are:
The two other bedrooms
Garage except for the dryer.

I am a live out landlord. I live in Germany full time but I do come back to visit, maybe one weekend per month. I keep the single room for myself.

In my house there is another lodger.

The kitchen has full amenities but the dryer is in the garage. You will have access to everything except the other lodger’s personal belongings.
The back garden has a pic nic bench and a shed. Feel free to use these.
The garage currently has a car in it therefore this area is not to be used by you. Even for the storage of your personal belongings.
There is a driveway but it’ll be first home gets their car on it.

Bills are not included. This is reflected in the price of the rent.
Your contribution to the bills are half of the utilities, for which you pay for what you use (cheap in summer…) and council tax.
I cover the water rates, wifi and TV subscriptions.

I really do not want smoking in my house.
