A 10 minute wall down the road is Scampton village with the famous Dambusters pub. The nearest shop is a 5 minute drive to Ingham, or the Co-Op at Sturton only a 7 minute drive. There is a bus stop 20 meters away, but with 6 buses a day a car is likley essential in Aisthorpe.
As part of you're rental you will also get exclusive access to the spare room (currently used as gym) to use as a sitting room/study ect.... Electricity, heating, water, WiFi and a single off-street parking space is included in the price.
We have our own ensuite bathroom so the bathroom pictured will be primarily for your use.
