Bedroom 1

Two comfortable double bedrooms are available in a quiet and peaceful village setting close to the A1, with a small supermarket and welcoming pub within walking distance.

Grantham can be reached in 10 minutes and Stamford within 15 minutes. Peterborough, Stevenage, and London are easily commutable by train from Grantham.

The bedrooms are located within a large, detached house with a very large garden and ample parking. Both bedrooms have a garden view and are not overlooked.

Bedroom one has a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a double wardrobe.

Bedroom two has a double bed, built-in large, mirrored wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables with lamps.

Lodgers have use of a well-appointed dedicated office and also a separate desk within the dining room. There is a shared upstairs shower room and downstairs bathroom. All utility bills are included (including Wi-Fi).

The lawn is mowed on a regular basis by a groundskeeper and the owners are young professionals who are often away for work.

The bedrooms are suitable for both short and medium-term lodging. Rent is increased to £170 per week for couples.
