One room for a short let in a cool family accommodation Room in a nice traditional terraced house just by the River Trent and less than 10 minutes walk to the town centre. Only three people max resident.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single room, plus a shower and toilet room.

Downstairs you have the luxury of not one, but two very comfortable communal rooms each with sofa and tv, large kitchen with ample cupboards and very large fridge freezer, leading to a utility area and full size bathroom with toilet and sink.

Outside there is a passage leading to a private garden where you can relax and/or eat outside in the summer, plus a rear exit gate.

All bills are included, i. e. gas, electricity, fibre broadband/wifi, council tax, etc, shared between just the three of you. You will also have free use of my ultra HD Netflix subscription on the tv or any of your devices.
