1 tenant occupies the top floor flat. The other two tenants occupy the first 2 floors. This is why the cost is slightly more due to not filling the house with 4/6 tenants!

There is off rd lay-by parking right outside the house and always plenty of space.

This house has been totally renovated throughout. New electrics, boiler central heating system. Brand new carpets (quality carpets with soft underlay) All bedrooms have black out blinds incase of shift work!
