Double Room in New Townhouse

Large double room in a new townhouse that is situated on a quiet close with NO THROUGH TRAFFIC.

The bathroom is newly decorated outside the bedroom that I do not use myself, with over bath shower.
The Kitchen is fully fitted with everything you would expect oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, new dishwasher.

The lounge dinner is large, bright and airy with plenty of room to relax on two reclining sofas. There is a dining table where you can eat your meals. There is BT fast fiber broadband, TV and then access out to the garden where there is a decking area with table, chairs and BBQ (in the summer).

The house is kept in good condition and I am looking for a tidy person who will treat my home with respect.

All bills are included (broadband, gas, electric water and council tax)so no extras to pay.

The house is less than a mile into the center of town and about 2 miles from Gainsborough Lea Road Station.
