House Share

I have a 5 bedroomed Victorian Home overlooking The Old Hall in the centre of Gainsborough. Less than 2 minutes walk from the town centre and Marshalls yard. It is less than 10 minutes drive to West Burton power station. There are two bathrooms, two sitting rooms and a large kitchen diner all rooms have a t. v. The house would suit a professional person. I am offering a furnished double room. Clean laundered bedding and towels are offered weekly and an ironing service is also available, a packed lunch is also available on request. We are a friendly household and often sit together over a coffee or a glass of wine in the kitchen for a chat or just sit in the lounge or the bedroom for some privacy. We also respect each others privacy, not everyone likes Coronation Street thats why i sit in a lounge when thats on!!! Give me a call if you want to view. P. S. we're all great cooks too!!!
