This is a double room in a comfortable and warm house .

Please note that it is available for single occupation only.

A new carpet has just been fitted.

The house has a modern central heating system and the room is double- glazed. Central heating is included in the rent.

The room has its own private shower, toilet, and wash-basin.

The tenant will share a large kitchen /diner/ living area with one other person. In addition to the usual kitchen white goods, there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer which will be available for the Tenant to use.

On- street parking is readily available in front of the house.

The room is furnished with a new double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, and a small wardrobe. The tenant will have his own fridge with a small freezer compartment.

The rent is £500 per month . The security deposit is £300.
A total of £800 is therefore payable on signing the contract.

The rent includes Council Tax , Water Rates and sewage disposal charges, hot water, central heating, and wifi. The electricity used in the room is provided on a pay-as-you-go basis.
