There is a small private garden and patio which is accessible only from the studio bedsitter itself. The garden / patio is a real sun-trap in the summer. There is a weather-proof storage chest on the patio for additional storage space.

This studio bedsitter is self-contained and has its own front and back doors . It is very private and very quiet. It is ideal for a single person who wants undisturbed use of their accommodation.

It may, however, be big enough to accommodate a couple if required.

This studio bedsitter has recently been equipped with a sofa bed to make the best use of the space available. It accommodates two persons as a sofa and folds down into a double bed.. There is a bedside table , a small wardrobe, a small dining table and 2 chairs..

Please note that the rent does not include the Household bills. Applicants should budget for the cost of Council Tax (band A), gas central heating, electricity, and water /sewage rates.
These are expected to cost in the region of £260 per month. An Internet connection and a TV licence would be in addition to these essential bills.

There are a number of local shops nearby and the town centre and large supermarkets (Sainsburys and Morrison's) are only a few minutes walk , as are the Grantham bus and railway stations.

Please note that Employers' and landlords' references will be required and each applicant will need to provide evidence that they have the legal Right to rent accommodation in England.

The studio will be offered on a six-month contract with the opportunity to renew the contract for further periods.
