Lovely cottage style house in quiet village with enclosed walled garden. Includes shared large kitchen with Aga, lounge with coal fire and dining area. We also have a holiday cottage on site so often there are guests from the UK and abroad staying. We are thirteen miles north of Lincoln and seven miles east of Gainsborough. Good access to Scunthorpe and surrounding villages. Sometimes we are away and will leave the whole house whilst we are away. We have just bought a boat and intend to cruise for extended periods.
Whilst your friends would be very welcome to visit we wish to maintain a reasonably quiet house, hence not looking for a couple, but a mum with well behaved child would be fine.
