Double room flat share available.

I’m looking for someone to fill in the spareroom and flat share with me. I’ve had this flat For around 6 years with a spare large double room and have had previous people live in it. Current housemate is moving on to pastures new. It’s perfect for a post graduate/student being located next to the university, also suits a professional, with it being so close to all amenities.

One shared bathroom, large open plan kitchen living room. Washing machine etc. All bills inc with Fibre internet. The room has a bed. The flat is all electric. Part of a block. Limited parking space unfortunately as it only has 1 parking permit, which i use but I can look to get another one if need be. The room has its own door on to the street, so it you can enter/leave easily as you wish. There's a Morrisons 5min walk from the flat and a McDonalds across the road if that's abit of you.

Room is big enough for a couple also, but the rent price will change accordingly.

I’m clean, respectful, friendly, and outgoing.
I do like football and the gym (I try to be active) I'm a professional, I work as a graphic designer. I work from home Mondays & Fridays and travel far when im in the office. So on those days I'm back around 7/8ish.

I’ve lived in house shares all through university and post-grad with males/females, so know all about house sharing, respectfulness, privacy etc. Like I said, perfect for post-grads being so close to the university or professional working city centre. Viewings are more than welcome.
