The house has two bathrooms, large kitchen, large lounge with wood burner, all white goods including tumble drier and super fast internet. It is near the canal tow path and cycle route into the city centre, which takes 5 minutes on a bike or 10 minutes walking. The house is clean and quiet and you would be sharing with myself (live in landlord), but i would be away most of the time.
