About me:

I am a focused, hardworking individual that runs my property business. I have just refurbished this house myself and I'm now looking for a tenant/lodger.

In general:
I get up early and go to bed early
I work from home and must focus throughout the day
I enjoy both time alone and to socialise
I am very clean and tidy
I write and produce music so there will be some instruments played and singing throughout the day/early eve
I enjoy peace but like the odd party too
I keep very fit (triathlon) and eat healthily
I meditate and wish to development myself spiritually

Ideally you will be:
- Very clean and tidy, especially in the communal areas
- Focused person that works hard
- Easy going
- Have some kind of musical talent
- Have a good feel for harmony and respect of privacy
- Look after your body and mind through exercise, diet or spiritual practice.

This property is in the city centre and only 5 minutes walk to the university and the railway station.

As per the photo's, the property will be finished to a very high spec including USB plug sockets, wall lights and LED mirrors. The current photos show the previous project I finished and need to be updated with the room here but it is finished to the same standard and furniture.

All rooms have either an en-suite or a private bathroom bathroom and include a bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, a bedside cupboard, thermal blackout blinds and optional extras.

Shared dining/living room space and kitchen. Mod cons include a washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer.
