Lovely modern semi-detached house near central Lincoln. 10 minute walk to town, 15 minute walk to the Uni. 🚶

Unfortunately my housemate had to drop out of uni this year, so I’m looking for an extra housemate until the end of the academic year. Students and professionals welcome. Currently offering the room until 9th August, although I’m happy to discuss being flexible on that.

I’m very easygoing and would love for you to have friends visit overnight or host a party. We can discuss specific arrangements, but I’d really like this house to feel like your home! 🏠
It is currently furnished, but feel free to add your own furniture or art.

White goods provided: fridge, freezer, washing machine, dish washer.
You’ll also have access to all of my appliances (toaster, kettle, coffee machine, slow cooker, vacuum cleaner etc.) and ingredients if you like. I don’t mind you taking some milk for your tea or spices to spice up a meal. ☕️

Medium sized south facing patio, perfect for sunbathing, having barbecues, or drying the laundry ☀️
