Comfortable double room w/ bathroom in cosy house

Hello!

We're Tom and Carys, and we live in a two bed cottage (it's a new build but it has all of the character and feeling of a cottage!). We're seeking a quiet, easy going individual to rent out our spare room. You would also have your own bathroom, with shower over bath, toilet and sink. We have a comfortable lounge with generous seating, and a kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, air fryer and toaster.

We live in a quiet cul de sac in Branston. It’s 10 minutes into Lincoln and there is wonderful countryside around. We’re a really easy going and relaxed couple who mostly work from home. Carys is completing a PhD and Tom works for the foreign office, with occasional travel to London.

Branston is a lovely, well-connected village and is about 10-minutes from Lincoln train station. There are regular buses to Lincoln and cycling routes. We also have off-road parking available.

We have a Greek rescue dog called Joni. We are looking for a lodger who is kind and gentle with dogs. Joni only asks that you give her space and time to sniff you when you first meet, before she will inevitably become your best friend!
