Tenants Needed!!!

Hi, I am looking for up to 3 people to take over mine and my friend’s tenancy.
This property is a 12 minute walk from the university.
The agreed upon details are below:

🔑Start date - *28/07/2026*
📅Contract length - *50 weeks*
🪙Deposit - *£200* per person
🎓Student Rent - *£115* per person per week
📄Council tax Ban A

☑️The tenancy agreement will be set up for monthly payments with 1 months’ rent payable on or before the tenancy start date. Between January and May, we’ll contact all tenants to confirm how they’d like to pay. You’ll have the option to pay rent in advance when you get your Student Finance, but this won’t be a requirement. When we get in touch, you’ll be able to choose between:
* Monthly payments
* An instalment schedule with one initial monthly payment before your tenancy starts, followed by three further instalments in line with Student Finance payment dates
