Large double room available in a lovely, well-kept house. The room has a king size bed and plenty of space.
All bills are included, and there is also a parking space available.
You would be sharing the house with just one other person (me). I’m currently a master’s student, I’m tidy and friendly, and I enjoy sports and socialising. The house is generally relaxed and welcoming, and I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and easy to live with.
The house is in a great location:

• 🚌 15-minute bus journey to the city centre
• 🚶 Around 1 hour walk into town
• Lots of shops and amenities nearby
It’s a comfortable and quiet home that would suit a student/masters student
