A lovely single room, generous in size(2. 5 metres by 3. 2 metres), south facing, overlooking the garden, and with views across the city to Waddington.
The room is in a large period house overlooking West Common, and the street is a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. And yet it's only a 20 min walk to the centre of town, the Bail, or the University.
I'm a live in landlady, and I rent out 3 rooms. I have 2 female guests at the moment. It's a quiet but sociable household, and the house is big enough that we're not under each other's feet all the time.
Guests have full use of the sitting room, dining room, spacious kitchen-diner, 2 bathrooms (the top floor bathroom is just across the landing from this bedroom), and garden.
I've also got a ridiculously friendly medium sized dog who'll make a big fuss of you. I'm looking for someone sociable and considerate to join the household. If all this appeals to you, and you'd like to view, do get in touch.
