Coulson Road is set in a superb location amongst trees on a leafy avenue which is just 5 - 10 minutes away for both the City Centre and University and just 2 minutes from retail park/supermarket.

All the rooms have double beds fitted to a very high standard featuring, wall mounted television with built-in dvd player, laminate flooring, desk and wardrobe. The room also includes an Amazon Fire table so you can enjoy any movie through Netflix which is included free of charge using our fast broadband/Wi-Fi. The house is excellently presented with a fitted kitchen including all white goods (cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer), one large bathroom including a bath and shower lounge with wall mounted 32" television, sofa and dining table and chairs. The property also has a large lawned garden with patio area.

All bills are inclusive including tv licence, broadband and utility bills. We also have a cleaner and gardener also at no extra cost.
