A comfortable, well-appointed double room in a very nice, excellently furnished, clean, shared house. Less than 10 minutes walk to the university. £90 per week, including all bills (Sky TV, gas, elec, water, internet, council tax, etc.). I am a professional male (have just ceased being Principal Lecturer at The University of Lincoln, and am a professional producer and director in theatre and radio). This house would be ideal for someone working at the university or in the centre of Lincoln. I am looking for a professional person, preferably a male, someone who is mature, quiet (no loud music), intelligent, friendly, considerate, interesting, responsible and solvent. I do not want live-in partners, so no girlfriends or boyfriends sharing the room, please. If possible, I would like to see a reference. Rent is payable in advance, on a monthly basis. The house is a terraced property, with a large kitchen, a lovely large bathroom, dining and sitting rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, television, wi-fi, a small garden, and free parking in the street outside.
