The cottage is located in a sought-after adopted road in Spalding, close to the yacht club. A relatively quiet area, located parallel to the River Welland, and walkable into town (25 - 30 Minutes).
We value tenants who are respectful of others and who live to a code of mutual respect. We all keep ourselves to ourselves yet engage in chats as the occasion arises.
