Bright, Clean Double Room for Single Person

Single person wanted for this clean, attractive, sunny, good sized and airy room in a large quiet house.

This is a very quiet house. Everyone is respectful of the privacy of everyone else, and it is certainly no party house. . Nobody wants to live around somebody else's mess so being clean and tidy is really important to everyone who lives here. And, because this is a really quiet house, we know it will not suit everyone.

The bedroom room has a great king sized bed with a new mattress designed for a really good night's sleep. There is alas a very large solid-wood wardrobe and a wall mounted TV.

The room looks out over the side of the garden which backs on to the River Welland.

At the bottom of the garden there are blackberries and apple trees - help yourself. It's a nice spot to have a glass of wine and read the paper on a sunny afternoon.

You would share a bathroom with one other person only.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a range cooker and dishwasher and is large enough so that nobody gets in anyone else’s way.

We have Wifi fibre Broadband.

Parking is available for two cars and it's on a first-come-first-served basis.

We are about a 10 min walk from town, Bakkavor and McDonald.

There is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a big American fridge.

A cleaner comes in once a week to make sure the communal areas are kept clean.

We do take up work, credit and landlord references without exception and those references take can take over a week sometimes.

It's really important to us that everyone in the house is as happy as they can be. This would be your home, so it's important that you know what to expect.
