We are looking for a lodger and have a cosy 1st floor good sized double bedroom. The room is light and airy with a nice view and we have a very chilled out house! Based 2.5 miles outside Spilsby, Lincolnshire which is not far from Skegness.

Near to all major routes such as A16/A158 easy access to Boston 25 mins, Coningsby 25-30 mins Horncastle or Alford 20 mins . Lincoln 60 mins, Skegness 15-20 mins.

Quiet country village outside Spilsby, not on main bus route but the Lincolnshire Call Connect service stops outside. You really need a car or bike here!

Smokers ok but outside house only.

All utility bills included, just sort your own food out.

House and your room are cleaned weekly by professional cleaners. Linen and towels provided if required.
