I’m looking for a female housemate. My home is a 2 minute walk from the Water Street entrance of Burghley Park, and an easy 10 minute (max) walk to the train station & the high street.

A stunning country cottage set off Barnack Road, decorated to a high standard with a garden & off street parking that is available on a first come first serve basis with the other residents. There is onstreet parking on Barnack Road too, so there is always somewhere!

Ideal location for a female professional who enjoys being outside and is active.

You will be living with the homeowner & this is my first home, so I am house proud and want someone who understands this and is tidy. I work full-time, 5 days a week.

Accommodation:
Double bedroom fully furnished with an ottoman bed, chest of drawers, mirror and bed side table at the back of the house overlooking the garden. You will have your own bathroom but it is not an ensuite.

Communal Area:
The cottage has two sitting rooms, one is connected onto a beautifully bright kitchen great for dinners in the winter or summer overlooking the garden and leading out to a south facing patio. TV has BT sport & Netflix.

Kitchen:
A beautiful country kitchen fully equipped with everything anybody could possibly want. 1 fridge, 1 freezer, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a nespresso coffee machine for those that require their caffeine fix in the morning!

Bills:
All included in monthly rent

Pets:
No pets allowed

Looking for an easy going female who likes to be active, enjoys sport, is tidy and likes their time to relax.
