Stamford - Flatmate Wanted

Hi, I have 1 bedroom available in a 2 bedroom house, as my flatmate has recently moved out due to a change in job. Rent is £512.50 a month and the property is is a 30 second walk from the high street.

I do not have photos to show the whole property as my flatmate is still moving out though I am more than happy to show the flat over FaceTime/in person! The bedroom and bathroom are included in photos.

The lounge is a good size - mostly unfurnished, minus a TV stand, coffee table and central table.

The kitchen-basement is a good size, and is downstairs below the lounge. Furnished with an oven and table and washing machine. I have a fridge but you would have to bring your own. (As mine is a bit small - sorry!)

The bedroom room has enough room for a double bed; with built in storage cabinets. (in photos)

The bathroom has a shared shower, but the toilet/sink are yours as my room does have a small en-suite. (in photos)

There is a small, low-upkeep garden.

I am looking for a young professional who is clean, tidy and friendly, no gender preference, pets (I think - will confirm with Landlord) are fine. I would like to FaceTime/meet for a coffee to see how we get on but I’m not overly picky, I’d just like someone decent and easy to get along with.

A bit about me : I’m Tom, a young professional who works from home (mostly) with semi-regular trips to the office/out on site. Most of my friends live in stamford so I do find myself busy on weekends/some weekdays. I also have a girlfriend who does visit approximately once a month for a few days at a time as she lives in Manchester.
