New divan double bed and mattress.. en-suite shower room. Access to second reception room some of the time . Shared kitchen use . Would suit someone seeking pleasant and peaceful surroundings but within easy reach of thriving town with many cultural options. Other neighbours within the other 3 apartments to be respected in terms of noise / parking etc. and the property must be carefully and considerately lived in and the lodger should be happy to join in with sensible use of utilities and recycling etc .
