Other occupants are NHS occupational therapist / yoga instructor.
The house has a friendly relaxed atmosphere.
Bathroom is shared with one other housemate.
Sudbrooke is a quiet, pleasant village approx 4 miles from Lincoln and an easy 5 / 10 minute car journey (ok a bit longer during rush hour).
3 different bus services to Lincoln (56, 50 and 43)- going every 30 minutes or so in the early morning, then hourly until 9pm.
Parking available on the drive or in front of the house
There are nearby walks, (nice small lakes 5 minutes walk away) and a friendly village shop/post office 200 metres away.
Shared areas (and your own room if required) are cleaned approx. every week
