You can reach London Bridge or Charing Cross in just 35-40 mins and Greenwich University is just a few train stops away. The house comes with a share living room, large kitchen/dinning area, and separate bathroom and toilet. The house also have a large back garden which is perfect for summer BBQ.
The bedrooms come with small double bed (new bed and mattress) and wardrobe. The rent includes some bills (water, internet, TV licence). You will be sharing electricity (top-up meter), gas, and council tax bill. They are roughly £30 per month depend on usage.
