🔹The room has lots of natural light and lots of storage as shown in the pictures.

🔹 You’ll be the first one to stay in the room since we renovated, so you can enjoy everything (bed, cupboard, table and chair, bedding etc.) brand new. The room even comes with a 3D TV and Playstation if you want it.

👬 You'll be sharing the flat with 3.5 others - two professionals, one part time student and a pup! Most of the communal areas have been touched up with new furniture, carpets, paint etc.

🍽 We have a lovely kitchen with a giant washer / dryer, generous sized fridge and all the kitchen things ready to go (pots, pans, glasses etc.). The bathroom is spacious and has everything you would expect!

🚈 The biggest benefit of the flat is that we are very well connected, with Abbey Wood station (Zone 4) right next door! Southeastern trains run every 10 minutes to London Bridge and the City, and direct trains with City Thameslink to Blackfriars, the City, Farringdon and Kings Cross twice an hour.

- 35 Minutes to Cannon Street (Central Line)

🚄Next year will see the opening of the Elizabeth line from Abbey Wood station, which will mean direct service to Canary Wharf (11 mins), Liverpool Street (17 mins) and Tottenham Court Road (23 mins).

It takes just 4 minutes from our front door to the platform - yes we are close to the station, but high enough on the 4th floor that there is no noise!

🚏 Buses 180, 229, 301, 469, 602, 669, B11 and N1 all run from the nearest stop.

🌳 The local area includes the massive 200+ acre Abbey Wood itself, with ruins of the abbey and ancient fossils to explore!
🍺 Abbey Wood Village is just a short stroll away, which has a small range of shops and restaurants (and a Greggs!), as well as the local pub the Abbey Arms, which has a beer garden, weekly events, pizza and a banging Sunday roast.
🛒 For shopping, there is a ginormous Sainsbury’s also a short walk away, and a Lidl just beyond that. 🏩GP Surgery, Dentist and Post Office are all within a 10 minute walk.
