Single Room with easy access into the city

Location

Located on a quiet gated residential community with only a 2-5 minute walk to Abbey Wood Station/Cross Rail. Currently 30 minutes to central London however upon completion of cross rail travel time will be 11 minutes to Canary Wharf and 25 minutes to Bond Street. There are also plenty of bus routes. I work old st and it’s extremely easy to get to from here.

Local shops include a Sainsbury’s, Co-op and a BP garage in addition the main high street is only a 2-5 minute walk away. Take away shops and a great local pub with massive beer garden Mcdonals, Kfc etc 10 min drive.

The House

The whole house has been newly refurbished to a high standard. The bedroom has a double bed (with mattress), wardrobe and bedside table with a chest of drawers (optional)

The whole house will be open to use, this will include:

Kitchen and appliances
Dining space
Living space (with sofas, TV, Ps4, surround sound entertainment system )
Balcony area
Office desk and screens available for use.

Note I’m an IT professional and will not always be at the apartment for long periods of time.
