Quiet clean house

The room has a double wardrobe, small chest of drawers, side unit and two wall shelves and a double bed with cushion pocket spring mattress. Duvet and pillows if required. The house has been updated throughout with all modern requirements. There is a south facing garden and a conservatory and one small naughty but lovable cat. There is off street parking, and the road is very quiet, with friendly neighbours. There are two TVs, the fastest Virgin media BB, updated boiler, wooden floors throughout, modern bathroom with a power shower and the house is well insulated, warm, and clean throughout. The mainline train station is 5-10 mins walk away with National Rail trains going to London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross approx. 30 mins and Thameslink trains going as far as Bedford and Luton Airport via Kentish Town, Kings Cross etc. The Elizabeth Line that goes to Paddington via Canary Wharf with the rest of the line opening in stages. There is a large Sainsburys, Argos and Habitat and Lidl outside the train station and a Co-op a few mins away from the house and a large B&Q and Asda one stop away, on the train. About myself, I live a very quiet life, the older I get, but I do go out to catch up with friends now and then, but I don’t have them pop around for visits when I have a lodger living here. I now mainly work from home now so, will be in the house most of the day.
