Cute double room in friendly house share

I have one bedroom (3.5m x 3.5m) to rent in a lovely 3-bed Victorian house in South-East London. The room is vacant and I will be starting viewings immediately, in order to rent it out as soon as possible.

The other two housemates are female, and they are ideally looking for another female.

THE ROOM:

The room is on the first floor. It is furnished with a double bed, drawers, shelving, clothes rack and natural wood flooring. It has a large east-facing window, looking into the quiet back garden. (Nb. The walls are now dark green will be repainted in cream this weekend before I rent it out so it will all be freshly painted).

THE HOUSE

The rest of the house is well-maintained, double glazed and in good condition.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room/dining room, kitchen, and bathroom (with walk-in shower, toilet and sink), which are all shared with the other housemates.

The kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, oven/hobs, and storage cupboards. There is also a back garden with a patio and seating area.

There is one other bedroom on this floor, and another on the top attic floor.

RENT:

£750 per calendar month, all inclusive.

This includes:

- All bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water)
- Fast broadband
- A weekly visit by a cleaner

OTHER HOUSEMATES:

Also living in the house are two females (Polish and Hungarian) both around 30. Both are quiet and friendly, have full time jobs and are mostly out during the week.

ABOUT THE AREA

The area is quiet and safe, and the neighbours are friendly.

The main transport link is Abbey Wood station, which is on the Elizabeth Line, and is 10-15 mins walk. There are also mainline trains direct to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross - it also goes direct to Woolwich Arsenal, Greenwich and Lewisham. There are also direct buses to Greenwich and Woolwich.

I am planning to do viewings this Sunday (23rd Feb), and to rent the room out as soon afterwards as possible.
