Hi there! I’m looking for a lovely, like-minded professional to share a beautiful townhouse with me.
Note: You’ll be sharing the house with just me. I tend to travel with work, so the place is ideal for an independent, responsible person seeking a comfortable and well-maintained home environment.

🛏️ About the Room
You’ll have a spacious double bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom, perfect for privacy and comfort. There’s plenty of storage, and if you work remotely, there’s room to set up a dedicated workspace too. The rent is £1,200/month, and that includes ALL bills:

- Council tax
- Electricity & underfloor heating
- Water (soft water, no limescale!)
- Unlimited broadband
- Fortnightly general cleaning of your room, bathroom, and shared areas (**still expected to clean up after yourself and maintain the clean standard of spaces**)
- Provision of toiletries in some shared spaces - mainly kitchen (detergents, kitchen towels, bin bags etc) & guest room (toiletries)
