Your room.

We're a couple in our late twenties looking for a lodger in our beautiful home in the Abbey Wood/Plumstead area.

About the room and the house 🏡
• Sunny double room available in a 3 bed Victorian townhouse
• Room is new decorated with brand-new furniture including an ottoman bed, mattress, large set of drawers and a wardrobe - if there's anything else you'd like in the room that you already have feel free to bring it
• The house has a lovely kitchen, fully-stocked with crockery, cutlery and gadgets you'd be welcome to use
• You would be welcome to use our living room and dining room, with your own profiles on Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus.
• House has all the usual amenities including a washer, dryer, dishwasher and an outside washing line. You will also have your own fridge/freezer.
• Work from home space is available should you need it.
• We have a lovely, large garden with outdoor furniture, a shed and a BBQ.
• Free, on street parking is available if you have a car

About the area and transport 🚍
• We are about 150 yards away from a bus stop, buses come every 5 minutes and we are approximately 10 mins away from Woolwich (Elizabeth Line, National Rail, DLR)
• We are a 20 minute walk from Abbey Wood Station (Elizabeth Line, DLR)
• From Woolwich, its about 10 mins to Canary Wharf, 15 to Liverpool Street and 25 to Tottenham Court Road
• 10 minute bus/5 minute drive to Welling, where there are a selection of big super markets

About us 👫
• One of us works in marketing and works from home twice a week, the other is an actor.
• We're very sociable, enjoy cooking, good food (and drinks), hosting friends and going to the theatre
• We're definitely looking for someone we can be friends with, not just someone to rent a room in the house
• We're looking for someone sociable, tidy and respectful

Rent is £900 pcm all in including bills and all the above.
Latest move in-date is April 1 2026. Deposit £900.
