Hi there! I’m looking for a friendly, like-minded professional to share a beautiful townhouse with me.

You’ll only be sharing with me, and I travel quite a bit for work, so much of the time you’ll have the place to yourself. It’s ideal for someone independent who enjoys a calm, comfortable, and well-kept home.

👋 A Bit About Me
I’m friendly, tidy, and easy-going. I enjoy reading, podcasts, music, travel, yoga, cinema, and the occasional glass of wine or night out. I’m also learning Spanish, so bonus points if you speak it 😊

🛏️ About the Room:
You’ll have a spacious double bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom, perfect for privacy and comfort. There’s plenty of storage, and if you work from home, there’s space to set up a desk too.

Rent is £1,200/month, including ALL bills:
- Council tax
- Electricity & underfloor heating
- Water (soft water, no limescale!)
- Unlimited broadband
- Fortnightly cleaning of your room, bathroom, and shared areas (just general day-to-day tidiness expected)
- Household essentials provided (e. g. kitchen detergents, bin bags, kitchen paper towels, guest toiletries in guestroom).
