All essential amenities nearby, Lidll at 5 minutes walk and Sainsbury's across the street . Post Office next to it.
It's less than 5 minutes away from Woolwich by train where the DLR is (around 20 minutes to Strattford, Bank and less than that to Canary Wharf) and around 10 minutes to Greenwich or Lewisham and 30 minutes to London Bridge. There's 2 night buses as well.
With the crossrail you are 12 minutes away from Liverpool Street and 20 minutes from Padington. They are running already to Blackfriars, Luton, St Pancreas, and many other places around London. They are running to Heathrow Airport as well.

It's a quiet environment and neighbours are not to be disturbed, so, good behaviour is essential.
Short stays are welcome.
Although this area is not well known, due to the crossrail it became one of the best locations to live in London. It's a green area less polluted and at the same time very easy to reach any part in London very quickly.
