Two lovely rooms (1 x double, 1 x single) are available in homely flat share in a peaceful neighbourhood in Acton.

Room 1 is a big and bright double room for a single person, fully furnished with a double bed (£680 monthly).

Room 2 is a single room, also fully furnished with a single bed (£530 monthly). .

We are looking for friendly sociable flatmates to share our home. The house is in 5min walk from Acton Main line Railway station to Paddington and 10 min to Acton Central Overground station towards Willesden or Richmond. North Acton and Acton Town underground stations are both about a 15 minute walk from the flat.

It is a quiet residential area with a small Sainsbury's and Co-operative shop at the end of the street. A large Morrison's supermarket and the busy centre of Acton town is just a 10-15 minute walk away.

We share a quiet back garden with two other flats. The direct entrance to the garden is ideal for those who use a bike or a motorcycle.

The kitchen is all equipped and you would share a large fridge-freezer with just one other flatmate.

We have a 100Mbit fibre optic internet.
