The room is part of a nice two-floor flat located in Acton (not far from Chiswick and Ealing).

The area is very well served by public transport (bus, overground and tube) and supermarkets, pubs and everything you might need are within walking distance.
The room is bright and will be available immediately at 380£/month. Monthly bills come to approximately £75/month (Council Tax, Electricity & Gas, Internet). TV license and Water are paid yearly. The room comes furnished with a drawer unit, a mirrored wardrobe, a double bed and a bedside table. You will share the downstairs toilet with one other tenant.

The house includes a spacious communal living room with a nice kitchen area, a lovely little garden, and two toilets, one upstairs in the ensuite room and the second downstairs.
The atmosphere in the house is very relaxed. We respect each other's space, but also enjoy spending time together in the evenings/on the weekend. We often cook for each other and eat together.
