Huge double room

Hello!

WI am leaving my room in Acton. It is huge and very bright.

About the flat:
The flat has 4 bedrooms, kitchen, a large bathroom and access to a living room, front garden with a parking space and a massive back garden. The flat is fully furnished, kitchen is fully equipped - washing machine available. There is a strong internet connection.

Double room (£625/month):
The double is a recently renovated room with a large bay window that looks over the garden, really bright and airy.
A spacious cupboard, desk and a cabinet with lots of space.

We’re looking for:

An easy-going and laid back individual who is clean and tidy (recycling conscious), considerate and approachable.

We have a cleaner for the common areas every other week for the heavy lifting, but keeping the common areas in the same state as you find always helps!

There is also a huge garden. If you have any desire to have your own vegetable plot, to compost (we have both a traditional and worm compost heap) or just be outdoors without leaving the house our home definitely offers that opportunity in close proximity to the city.

About the area:

There is an off-license 5 minutes walk away, a large Morrisons, high street with loads of different shops (Lidl, pharmacies, etc) just further on from there. Acton Park is minutes from the house along with a short 10 min bus ride to Westfields shopping centre. For those of you on the go and love to travel as it is also a short distance to Heathrow Airport. Gunnersbury Park and Richmond Park are also easily accessed.
