No communal living room unfortunately and please note the video does not show the garden or larger bathroom (they are shown in the photos).

The property is fully equipped - from cutlery to ironing board! - we provide all that you would need (except for bedding).

All bills are included - council tax, gas, electricity, water, tv licence, high-speed broadband and a cleaning/ maintenance team who come fortnightly to deep clean the communal areas and ensure everything is running smoothly.

The current housemates are nice and get on well - they all work hard.
