Double with bathroom in Chiswick/Acton house

We live in a lovely Victorian house by South Acton overground, newly refurbished with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over 3 levels, a super nice kitchen with range cooker and open plan dining that flows onto the back terrace, with a separate lounge with bay window. Everything is new! And we're looking for a social, working professional to enjoy it with us on a MON-FRI basis.

The large double bedroom and bathroom is on the first floor (and our room/bathroom is on a separate floor), with a full size double bed on a quiet street (a park at the end of the street, so no through-traffic). The house is a super relaxed environment, and our two little cats will run around the place or curl up to nap pretty much anywhere - so this is definitely for a cat-friendly house-mate.

We're a couple of minutes walk to South Acton overground station and about 10mins walk to the district and Piccadilly lines (Chiswick Park or Acton Town. Or Turnham Green via a couple of minutes bus ride or 15mins walk), and loads of shops/cafes restaurants within 5-10mins walk in Chiswick, Churchfield Rd, and Turnham Green.

With a lovely little park at the end of the road, and 2 local high streets within walking distance, it's super well catered for in terms of shopping/cafes/pubs/restaurants etc.

We're a working/professional couple, working in finance and media/law, regularly doing sport or cooking or heading away for a few days. Looking forward to finding a friendly fully house-trained housemate!
