Single Room for Minimalists

Our lovely flatmate is leaving soon (July) as she is going back to her country... so we are looking for someone as nice as her to stay with us :(

The room to rent is a single room, not much to talk about, I mean, its quite simple, it has natural light and I would say is great for minimalist lifestyle people.

Furniture included: Bed, Desk (different from the picture), Chair (office chair available for sale from our flatmate) , Clothes Rack, Bedside table.

Bills:

Internet: £7
Water: £30
Energy: £40-£70

This is a two floors house with garden (and BBQ) distributed as:

Second floor: 2 double rooms, 1 single room, bathroom and separate toilet.

Ground floor: 2 double rooms, large bathroom, kitchen, conservatory, garden.

Also:

Kitchen with two fridges, induction hob, washing machine and dryer.

Conservatory with high ceilings ( Lots of sunshine and beautiful to see when raining)

Worry about the internet? No worries, high-speed broadband :)

Acton town station: 4min
Chiswick Park Station: 22min
Gunnersbury station: 20min

And supermarkets? (by walk)

Sainsbury's local: 3min

The Oaks shopping center (Lidl, Iceland, Wilko, Poundland, Gym): 20min
Morrison's: 16min
Sainsbury's: 25min

Parks:

Gunnerbury park: 10min ( another gym there)
Ealing Common Park: 16min
