We have a first-floor single room available in our house, with move-in from 7th April after a successful interview.

Important to note: our newborn baby will be joining the household in April, so we’re looking for someone understanding of normal family life.

We’re looking for a kind, positive, and respectful person who values a calm and clean living environment.

A few important house points:
• Single occupancy only (no couples)
• No full-time work from home
• Cleanliness is important
• No heavy or strong-smelling cooking habits
• Healthy lifestyle preferred (not a fast-food household)
• Must be comfortable with cats and have no allergies – we have two friendly cats who roam the communal areas.

The house includes:
• Shared kitchen
• Shared bathroom and toilet
• Social lounge
• Lush green garden

Bills are shared between housemates:
• Gas & electricity (~£100/month average)
• Broadband
• Shared household supplies (cleaning products, toilet paper, bin bags)
